NOPE. The three played are the only three that happens to, and it is all because Ryuuji himself was spectacularly unlucky, and the other two are a direct result of what happened to Ryuuji. The rest of them are entirely mundane and normal people, it's basically all because of him. It just seems like that because hey, why play the boring ones when I can play the interesting ones?
